Safe Halloween Celebration October 30, 2009

Put on your costume and join Councilwoman Marcelle for a Safe Halloween Celebration, Friday, October 30, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at BREC's Gus Young Park, 4201 Gus Young Avenue.
