Sacramento Hmong New Year Festival November 27, 2008

It is a festival held every single year to celebrate the Hmong people and on every Thursday of the Thanksgiving break for exactly 4 days. Anyone and everyone can go, and if you want, you can go buy the proper attire there, though it is not required.
