In the past 2 years, there has been a rising of traditional martial arts schools and fitness clubs that offer what they call 'self defense' classes. They are nothing but martial arts techniques they have put together and calling it 'self defense'. Most of the places that are doing this, did not have this before Instructor Smith had visited their schools. Some of them even think if they dress like he does that makes them "qualified".
