Russell Industrial Center OPEN HOUSE
April 2nd 4pm-12am & April 3rd 12-4pm
Explore the Russell Industrial Center, a former auto-body manufacturing plant that has been converted into artists studio space. Over 150+ Detroit artists of international fame call "The Russell" home.
On April 2nd and 3rd, these artists will open up their studios to the public - showcasing their work and demonstrating their craft.
The Russell is home to glassblowers, painters, photographers, woodworkers, jewelry designers, sculptors, fashion designers, recording studios, galleries, and many start-up businesses.
Check out graffiti artist Kobie Solomon's 80ft mural also on display (largest mural in Michigan!)
