Mark DeNardo writes 8-bit punk songs under the band Graffiti Monsters, fusing ancient and modern mythology in the noise/folk/punk/blues idiom. With drummers Jeremy Wolfe Kivett, Julian Bennett Holmes, and Game Boy Louis Shannon, Graffiti Monsters has been making friends and playing shows in the New York punk circuit, the 8-bitpeoples/collectives, and Brooklyn noise scene since 2008.
