Run Like A Mother 5k May 13, 2012

Come join the Healthiest Mother's Day Celebration in San Diego County! We'll begin the morning with a mini yoga class, followed by a 1 mile kids' race, and a 5K Women-Only Race. If you're not quite up to speed, no worries! We offer a fun 6 week training program beginning April 1st. Workouts will be held every Sunday at 5:00pm at CSUSM track. When you sign up for the race, make sure to select "6 Week Training Program"!!

This event will benefit Family Recovery Center (FRC). FRC, a program of Mental Health Systems, is a residential and outpatient treatment center that provides a safe place for women and their children to break the cycle of addiction to drugs and alcohol. We offer a structured, supportive program that includes individual and group treatment services, parenting education, employment services, and childcare in out state licensed child development center. Services are designed to meet the unique and individualized needs of women, improving the well being of children, and promoting healthy family unification.
