Come try climbing a rock wall, surfing an ocean wave, snowboarding down a slope, and practicing some kung fu moves in the Museum's new exhibit, 'Run! Jump! Fly! Adventures in Action! .' The extremely hands-on exhibit lets kids try out activities they've never before encountered and helps develop balance, strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. It is designed to help combat childhood obesity and inactivity by showcasing the recreational and health benefits of physical activity. The exhibit also shows children how to pursue action and movement activities at home, with sections on yoga, stretching, dancing, and more.
