Run for Recess 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run April 21, 2013

Playworks San Francisco, in partnership with San Francisco schools, is hosting our third annual 5K Run for Recess! Join students, teachers, business leaders, and community members to get moving for play. Proceeds from the event will go to fund Playworks programming in 24 partner elementary schools. By leveraging the power of play to teach children the skills they need to play together safely and inclusively, Playworks gives over 11,500 kids across San Francisco, Marin and San Mateo County the opportunity to engage in safe, meaningful play every day.

COURSE OPTIONS:

1 Mile Fun Run - $15
5K Stow Lake Run/Walk - $25
Team Registration - $60 (includes two 5k Runners and two 1 mile Fun Runners)
5K DAY OF REGISTRATION - $30

EVENT SCHEDULE:

8:00 a.m. – Registration and runner check-in opens
9:00 a.m. – 5K Stow Lake run/walk begins
10:00 a.m. – 1 Mile Fun Run begins
