Ruby Room's “Fashion Faux Pas to Fashion Fabulous” Fashion Show October 13, 2012

Our fashion show and auction is an exciting evening of fun and fashion where local designers create one-of-a-kind gowns from unwearable donations. The dresses are then auctioned off live at the fashion show event. This fundraiser is our ONE chance to raise enough money to keep our doors open for the following year. In addition to the fashion show, the event also features a silent auction, delicious hors d'oeuvres, lively libations and tunes spun by Seattle's hottest DJs

The lively evening is part fashion show and part auction. The fashion show features emerging and established fashion designers who reconstruct gowns that were donated to the Ruby Room but weren’t asked to the prom. The one-of-a-kind gowns are auctioned off after the fashion show. Attendees also have the opportunity to bid on items such as travel packages, wine, spa services and restaurant gift certificates.

Auctioneer Ian Lindsay anchors the unique live auction which features gowns by glam.spoon, Lime Light Fashion, MAC Fashion House, Not Your Mama’s Apron, Pinky Herrera Designs and Savannah Red. Gary Manuel Aveda Institute will once again provide hair and makeup services for the fashion show and Gobo Photography and Northwest Fashion Media will provide photography and videography services, respectively.

The Ruby Room is excited to welcome celebrated chef and cocktail goddess Kathy Casey who will strut her stuff on the runway for fashion designer

Tickets are $30 for General Admission and $60 for V.I.P.
October 1st - October 13th
Tickets are $40 for General Admission and $70 for V.I.P.

In addition to priority seating, V.I.P. guests receive a swag bag filled with goodies and complimentary wine service.
