Rte 66 Series: Cruising Down Rte 66 May 19, 2011

This is the third of four programs in the Rte. 66 series. Meet in the Bloomington Public Library Community Room at 7 p.m. to take a stroll down memory lane as Kathy and Jim Jeakins of Rantoul, Illinois, share pictures and stories of their recent journey from Illinois to California on Rte. 66. Come hear everything about their trip - from planning to cruising. Kathy and Jim will highlight their favorite spots along the Mother Road, and they'll tell you why they're their favorites. They'll also shed light on their not-so-favorite spots and again tell you why.
