Route 11 Potato Chips Hosts Free 20th Anniversary Party September 22, 2012

The pride of the Shenandoah, Route 11 Potato Chips celebrates 20 years with its Anniversary Party on Saturday, September 22nd from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., inviting families to enjoy free music, food and fry-viewing at Virginia's own "chip land". Under two hours from Metropolitan Washington, DC, Route 11 provides a great weekend escape for the whole family. Indulge in beloved salty, savory goodness with award-winning flavors like Barbeque, Dill Pickle, Chesapeake Crab, Mama Zuma's Revenge and Sweet Potato. The anniversary celebration will feature live music from The Acoustic Burgoo & The Rhodes Tavern Troubadours and fun family-friendly activities like disc golf, face painting, Route 11 potato sack races, a moon bounce, fry demonstrations, chips tastings, inventive "mocktails" and cool ice cream snacks.
