Roseville's Favorite Fudge Contest! December 1, 2007

Think you make the best fudge? Enter by calling 651-792-7110 (Roseville Parks and Recreation) - limited to 12 entries. Early registration ($7) deadline November 16; from Nov. 17-26 entry fee is $10. Each entrant provides an uncut 2-pound slab of fudge.

Think you're a good fudge taster? Come to the Nature Center on Dec. 1 where the contest will be held during the 4th Annual Holiday Craft Fair (craft fair goes from 10 am to 4 pm) and JUDGE THE FUDGE! For a $2 donation you can purchase a ballot and a plate of samples of each fudge entered and choose the one you like best. Contest is sponsored by Sweet Celebrations, formerly Maid of Scandinavia - they're providing the wonderful prizes which will be presented by Eleanor Ostman, former food writer for the Pioneer Press/Dispatch and author of the recently-published Always on Sunday, Revisited.
