Rory O'Donoghue is probably best known for his role in the Aunty Jack Show where he starred as Thin Arthur alongside Grahame Bond. Rory O’Donoghue takes a musical journey through a brilliant career and a fascinating life on Sunday 18 November at Riverside Theatres for one special performance only.
Starting from a childhood in England to a new start in Australia where he was one of the creators of the groundbreaking ABC comedy The Aunty Jack Show, Rory O’Donoghue became a house-hold name playing Thin Arthur along with many other characters. With Grahame Bond he also composed the iconic music for Aunty Jack, launching him as a composer for classical music, jazz, rock, film tracks and commercials. This multi-faceted artist plays a range of instruments as he tells his story of a life-long love of music, performing and a passion for competing in triathlons.
