A bold, bilingual, multimedia cabaret, 'Rootless: La No-Nostalgia' is an exciting and revealing musical journey through the emotional life of migrants, featuring 16 popular tunes -- from tango to rock to cumbia -- performed live by actress/singer Karina Casiano and pianist Harry Miller. ROOTLESS addresses the psychological toll of displacement on immigrants, and vigorously promotes a self-critical analysis of their role in this society as well as their responsibility towards the countries they left behind.
