Rooted in Tradition: Art Quilts From the Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum September 27, 2009

This exhibition chronicles the history of the art quilt movement from 1980 through the present. On display are 64 quilts on loan from the Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum's permanent collection of more than 350 quilts. The exhibition illustrates the evolution from the traditional craft of quilt-making to the contemporary art form of today.
