Jeffrey Tanenbaum chairs the firm's labor and employment practice group and the firm's national Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) team. He represents employers in employment and labor relations litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Tanenbaum has extensive experience in, and has written and lectured on, OSHA, Cal-OSHA, MSHA, discriminatory and negligent hiring, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, collective bargaining, and arbitrations.
