Either through live performances or his nationally released CD's, people everywhere are becoming fans of Seaford singer-songwriter Ron Fetner. Ron debuts his new album, Sunday Morning Blue, as part of the Dewey Decibel Concert Series at the Williamsburg Library Theatre, 515 Scotland Street, on Saturday, March 15 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $13 for Friends of Williamsburg Regional Library and students w/ ID and $7 for those under 16. His Williamsburg concert features items from Rons first three CDs, as well as songs from his latest release. Joining Ron in this special celebration of his newest release will be Ronnie Barnes, Dennis Lee, Mike Tramonte and host Barry Graham from WHRV-FM.
Incorporating elements of Folk, southern Appalachian, Roots and Jazz, Ron is a strong voice in the field of Americana music. He has shared stages with Trisha Yearwood, David Wilcox, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Kate Campbell, and Dire Straits just to name a few. Rons recent performances include visits to Kerrville Folk Festival, Gamble Rogers, Merlefest, Falcon Ridge, and Nashvilles Bluebird Cafe. Ron's spiritually uplifting shows offer audiences an intimate glimpse into the world in which we live.
