Romeoville Rotary Oodles of Noodles Fundraiser October 4, 2009

I wanted to take a moment and invite you to the Romeoville Rotary Clubs 1st annual Oodles of Noodles event and 9th annual raffle. Buying just one ticket will get you a shot at $1000 and since a large number of tickets are not sold, your odds are good for a shot at the big prize or even the $500 or $250.

The actual event is taking place at At's A Nice Pizza in Romeoville on October 4th, and we will also have a Chinese Auction (for those of you who have never heard of such a thing, you buy a $1 ticket and place it in a chinese take out container in front of the prize you would like to win, a name is drawn and that is the winner). We already have prizes consisting of Bears tickets, Skydiving packages, a Motorcycle ride at the race track, a taste of Romeoville Package (restaurant gift certificates), tastefully simple baskets and so much more.

Here is the most important part, all of the proceeds go to the community projects that Rotary supports. These include The Larry Little Scholarship, Dictionaries for 3rd graders, MS Walk, The Romeoville High School Interact Club, St. Andrew's Food Pantry, Morningstar Mission, Area families in need and so much more.
