ROK For Food, a food/fundraiser to benefit the Daily Bread Food Bank December 13, 2008

ROK For Food will be held on Saturday, December 13th at ROK Boutique (200 Bathurst Street, 647.428.7273).

Join co-hosts ROK Boutique owner Dawn Simmons and producer/sound engineer Shawn Lefebvre (credits include Billy Talent, LA Guns, Faster Pussycat) as they welcome their rockstar friends and family, including Skate4Cancer's Rob Dyer. The evening will feature performances by Rosedale, Frankie Whyte and the Dead Idols, Rise For Order and Bury the Bully.

ROK's cover will be waived for this event; instead, guests are encouraged to abide by the evening's "no food, no entry" policy by bringing as many non-perishable food items as possible. The evening's goal is to raise at least 1000 lbs. of food for the Daily Bread Food Bank.
