What makes it all worth it
Sometimes it seems like there is so much incredible music in exsistence and no time to hear it all that it all seems pointless. Either way, it is the show that makes it all worth it - I'm talkin' about the gig. We get to the club, hang out with new & old friends, have a drink, look at the old watch and it's time to play. What a great feeling. These songs are very private & personal and when I play then in public and people seem to enjoy themselves listening to them, there is almost nothing better.
The Goldnehearts & I have a great show coming up at the Cafe Du Nord. One of the bands contains my bandmate from 4- Non Blondes, Dawn Richardson, in the hard rocking Dolorata, so I'm looking forward to sharing the bill(stage) with her again.
The more the merrier, I say, so please come down. We are going to bring it! If you haven't seen us yet, now is the time before we are old, bitter and in rehab or worse...have to get jobs. We want to see you.
