5TH ANNUAL ROCKERBOX MOTOFEST ANNOUNCES DATE
Rockerbox returns, bigger and better for its 5th consecutive year

MILWAUKEE (May 13, 2007) The 5th annual Rockerbox Motofest, Milwaukee’s premier motorcycle event, will take place Saturday, August 11, 2007, 11am-7pm, in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood on Center Street between Humboldt and Pierce. Motorcycle parking will be provided inside the event grounds. Exciting plans are also in the works for a motorcycle ride-in to the show (with a start time and location being finalized). This year promises to be even bigger and better with more vendors, more bikes and more to offer. Vendors, sponsors and a full schedule of events will be announced in the coming weeks.

Rockerbox features an eclectic mix of Euro, Japanese and American Café Racers, sport bikes, street fighters, choppers, super motos, scooters, sidecars and cruisers. All bikes are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to enter their bikes in the ride-in show. Categories include: Best Café Racer, Best Chopper, Best British Stock, Best British Modified, Best European Stock, Best European Modified, Best Japanese Stock, Best Japanese Modified, Best Vintage Competition Road Racer, Best Vintage Competition Dirt, Best Street Tracker, Best Scooter, Best Rat, Best of Show, Worst Turd and Cool as @!#* Award. Bike Show entry fee is $10 with all proceeds going to charity.

A large portion of Rockerbox proceeds are donated to the Steel Shoe Fund, a non-profit organization that assists flat track motorcycle racers who have been seriously injured during competition by paying their medical bills or assisting them in their most immediate needs following a serious racing accident.
