Join Rock Solid’s new “shred” trainer, Jay Fugarazzo, and Teressa Marchese, Queen of Pain, for a fun, motivational, and (after 21/2 hours) inspirational Saturday morning workout. Saturdays in June, we’ll give you a kick-butt, no-holds-barred, full-body, outdoor workout.
The Summer Saturday Circuit 6 is cardio & strength circuit training on a six-mile loop through Golden Gate Park.
Leaving at 9:30 a.m. from the Ocean Beach parking lot (across from Beach Chalet),
We run through beautiful Golden Gate Park, to the bandstand & museums. Covering a six-mile route, we work speed and endurance drills and stop to perform rigorous strength exercises that will utilize all the major muscle groups. When the loop is complete, get ready for 20 minutes of hard-CORE stomach work in the sand followed by a mellow yoga-flow to stretch your worked bod!
