The 3rd annual Rock for Kids event Saturday December 20th at The State Theatre brought to you by Locals Only Radio featuring bob, Diemanic, Almost Kings and the pre teen rockers Danger benefits the Children's National Medical Center's Dr. Bear's Closet which provides toys for children in the hospital over the holidays. The hospital this year is need of help and so in the spirit of the holidays, come out and help make a difference for these children, even a small contribution will go a long way. This years event is so important to our local music scene and Childrens Hospital so we hope to see you there!! Please help us spread the word.
Gifts for Dr. Bear's Closet will be collected the night of the show.
We greatly appreciate anyone that can bring one, but please make sure they are unopened and unwrapped.
If you're stumped on what to get, some toys that are in need are crayons, Play Doh, hand held electronic games, cars, footballs and soccer balls.
Bring a toy and be automatically entered to win a free Epiphone guitar signed by all of the bands.
