Literary artists Amanda Davidson and Robert Gluck perform with music, images, and text as part of Langton's award-winning Performance Writing series.
Amanda Davidson explores the cybernetic landscape of online war games through the misadventures of a technologically inept but digitally dependent heroine named Zerosandones, in Goodbye, Meat Pants: Imaginary Postcards from a Real Wa. With projected images, recordings, and a borrowed body, Zerosandones wonders: Am I a digital ghost?
Robert Gluck performs with opera bass singer Anthony Russell. Together, they walk down Lover's Lane in a melody inspired by an image from the cams project; a project by media-artist Elliot Anderson that uses web cameras as source material.
