Roast of Hiphop (comedy) September 1, 2010

The Roast of Hiphop is a free stand-up comedy show about Rap and it's surrounding culture. Joke targets include famous rappers, DJs, graffiti, and B boying. Additionally the show closes with a musical performance by Rapper Rill Lyrics best known for his CD, The Future of Hiphop. Comedian Alec Sobel has performed at the 40/40 Club in Atlantic City and the 2,000 Seat Los Angeles Theater. He's won multiple contests and went on 2 east coast tours. The show is completely free with no drink minimum. Wednesday September 1st at 8:30pm at Slattery's located at 8 E 36th Between Madison & 5th Ave, New York City. Seats are limited, make a reservation by calling 206-984-5120.
