RMU Hosts Black Male Leadership Development Institute
The University teams up with the Urban League to promote leadership and education among African American teens
Moon Township, Pa., May 14, 2008 - Robert Morris University (RMU) is partnering with the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh to host the Black Male Leadership Development Institute from May 30 to June 1.
The program is open to African American teenage boys, and its mission is to prepare them to become community leaders and encourage them to pursue an education. They will spend the weekend at RMU's Moon Township campus, participating in workshops and other activities designed to instill good communication, leadership and personal management skills.
