River Oaks Shopping Center Shows Some Pug Love January 26, 2013

Spend your day receiving unlimited pug hugs and cuddles! Meet the newest and most adorable pug rescues at the River Oaks Shopping Center Monthly Pet Rescue sponsored by Natural Pawz, benefiting PugHearts Rescue, Saturday, January 26, from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. By bringing animals to the people, PugHearts Rescue strives to find loving homes for Houston's homeless pugs. Visit the breezeway between Marble Slab and Natural Pawz for puppy playtime, or to adopt a new friend for life.

River Oaks Shopping Center is a pet-friendly retail center that encourages visitors to shop with their pets. In celebration of the monthly pet adoption, water bowls will be placed throughout the center and participating stores will offer discounts or a percentage of daily proceeds to go toward PugHearts. The Mad Potter will offer $10 gift certificates to anyone who walks a dog or donates on this day.
