River Oaks Shopping Center Pet Rescue and Center-Wide Food Drive July 29, 2012

Stroll among the center and meet the newest and most adorable rescues at the River Oaks Shopping Center Pet Rescue event. On Sunday, July 29, the pet-friendly center will kick-off a monthly pet adoption program with a center-wide dog food drive benefitting the Rescue Bank and a PugHearts adoption event. Whether you wish to walk a dog around the center or adopt a friend for life, mix and mingle with four-legged friends while cooling off with ice cream from Marble Slab or a Starbucks frappuccino. The monthly Pet Rescue event will take place on the last Sunday of each month at River Oaks Shopping Center in the breezeway between Marble Slab and Natural Pawz. Natural Pawz and other River Oaks Shopping Center pet-friendly retailers will offer discounts to customers who adopt a pet or donate pet food during the weekend event. Water bowls will be placed throughout the center and maps identifying pet-friendly retailers will be available at the event.
