Points of interest on the route: Abbey Mills Pumping Stations, The Greenway (Olympic Park viewpoint), River Lea Navigation, Old Ford Lock and Lock Keeper's Cottages, Middlesex Filter Beds, Lea Bridge Sluices, Walthamstow Marshes, Coppermill Lane.
