Ridgeland Pioneer Day February 20, 2009

Ridgeland's winter festival, Pioneer Day, is this Saturday Feb 21. Events include a chicken toss, a greased pig contest, a cross cut saw contest, a horse drawn parade, and a silver dollar hunt for kids. Music events include old time music by Jim Armstrong from 1 to 5 pm at Dutchman's Bar, and 50's and 60's music by Doc and the Interns from 9 pm on at Dutchman's Bar.
