Ride from Ithaca to Penn. October 4, 2008

I can go on Saturday Oct. 4 or Friday or Saturday Oct 16 or Oct. 17, leaving from Ithaca at 9 a.m. and returning in the early evening. I can share my car with a fellow driver or two. I would like to share the driving. but I need instructions about how to proceed. What area would it help to visit? Where do I get addresses of voters to visit, campaign literature, driving instructions?
