Richmond Zine Festival October 6, 2012

The Richmond Zine Festival is an annual event that brings together both local and national DIY publishers who sell or trade their small press publications, which range from zines to comics, books to travel journals, etc.

Zine Fest was originally created to help raise awareness and encourage the creation of zines, independent press and other DIY endeavors around the area. The festival allows people both within and outside of the community to network with each other. Zine Fest is an open event for all ages. There will be music, activities for children and a variety of informative workshops starting in the afternoon. RVA Vegan will be on-site to provide concessions.
