The Richmond Shakespeare Festival returns to 500 year-old Agecroft Hall and performs in the outer courtyard just as Elizabethan traveling players would have done when the building stood in England. The Merry Wives of Windsor is Shakespeare's only play set in his own time period. Two witty housewives carry out fantastical revenges on the fat knight, Falstaff.
