A family-friendly festival complete with music, food, games, fun, and special guests from Richmond's Past, including: Christopher Newport, William Byrd II, Patrick Henry, Elizabeth Poe, Maggie L Walker, and more.

Richmond Day is a celebration for the Richmond Region honoring the birth of the regional community on May 24, 1607. But much more important than the past it celebrates is the future Richmond Day intends to help shape, including building a Proud, Unified Richmond Regional Community. Something very powerful is going to happen at the 17th Street Farmers’ Market on Richmond Day
