Richland College Annual Native American Pow Wow November 13, 2010

Richland College's Office of Student Life presents the 12th Annual Native American Pow Wow, co-sponsored by the Parent Advisory Committee of the DISD American Indian Education Program. The Pow Wow is celebrated in November to honor Native American Heritage Month. The annual event improves cultural awareness among all students, and helps increase academic performance, retention rates, and scholarships for Native American students.
