The Richardson Community Band will present its annual family concert on Sunday, March 29th at the Charles W. Eisemann Center in Richardson. The 2:00 p.m. concert will feature music for the entire family. Jason Wallace, a member of the Richardson Symphony Orchestra and the Dallas Wind Symphony, will be featured on the children’s’ favorite, “Tubby the Tuba” He will also perform “The Carnival of Venice.” Also featured on the concert will be “Variations on Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” and selections from the motion picture “Shrek.”
“The Richardson Community Band has provided affordable family entertainment for years,” noted Raymond Brinks, President of the Band. “We try to program something on every concert that will appeal to every musical taste.” Tickets for the concert can be purchased at the Eisemann Ticket Office, on the Internet (www.eisemanncenter.com) or by telephone (972-744-4650). Individual concert tickets are $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for children (K-12) & senior citizens.
