Richard Hansen: Some Rocks, Some Water April 30, 2008

For this exhibit, local artist Richard Hansen will merge his beautiful stone sculptural elements with what he describes as large-scale flow drawings of the Arkansas River drainage to raise awareness about natural and cultural systems. The stones used for Hansen's sculptural projects are gathered from abandoned quarries, derelict gravel pits, or reject piles of large fabrication operations.
