Outloud Open Mike features singer/songwriter Richard Eilbert May 21

May's Outloud at the Beebe Open Mike Coffee House for poetry, prose, and music features versatile musical performer Richard Eilbert whose melodies and lyrics illuminate the corners of life, with all of its pleasures, pains, human foibles and triumphs.

Open Mike sign-up between 7:15 and 7:30 p.m., first-come-first serve. Performances and readings run from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. With guest MC John Sturm, backed up by Lou Susi.

No cover; donations are accepted for local charity.

Starbucks of Melrose graciously provides coffee and tea.

The Beebe Estate kindly offers its art exhibit space, 235 West Foster, Melrose (www.BeebeEstate.org) for this event. Parking available on grounds.
