Benefit Concerts to Spiritual Centers and
Churches in the Denver Metro Area
Richard-Curtis Simpson brings his multi-faceted vocal and comedic talents to the First Spiritual Science Church, 3375 S. Dahlia Street in Denver at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 13. Tickets are $15 for stage front, $10 for preferred, and $5 for general seating and available at the box office at 5:30 p.m. or in advance atwww.richard-curtis.info. The program includes “Cry Me A River,” “I Regret Everything,” “La Vie En Rose,” “Summer Wind,” “Man of La Mancha (I, Don Quixote),” “I’m My Own Grandpa,” “Whatever Lola Wants,” “Diva’s Lament,” “Look Over There,” “This Nearly Was Mine,” “Cosmetic Surgery,” and many more ballads, standards, and show-tunes. Richard-Curtis is joined by guest artists: singing actress mezzo, Nancy E. Harris and the classically trained, musical theatre baritone Shane Delavan. This fun-filled evening will also feature special appearances by Cleatis Clementine Cullpepper and Hormonal.
Having performed for President Reagan, touring with the USO Shows on a tour to VA Hospitals in the Midwest and Eastern states, and volunteering his time and talents to the Miss Montana Pageant and other local scholarship programs, Richard-Curtis is continuing to give back to the community through this benefit concert series.
All proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit the First Spiritual Science Church. (Beverages and snacks will also be available for purchase before and during the concert.)
