A State BBQ Championship, hot rod & classic car rally, and a music festival all rolled into one! How can you go wrong? WOW!!! Some of the top rib and BBQ vendors and competitive teams in the nation, the most popular musical acts in the area along with some of the sweetest rides in the Midwest. Last years KCBS certified State BBQ championship was the largest competitive BBQ event in the history of South Dakota. We had over 30 BBQ teams, including 4 of the top ten competitive teams in the nation.
We have expanded this year’s program!
Friday night features a poker run, BBQ rib fest and a street dance /concert. Saturday will feature a Show & Shine, live music, peoples choice BBQ judging, rib fest, arts & craft vendors and the "South Dakota State BBQ Contest" award presentations. What a great way to end the summer! September 11-12. We hope to see you there!
