Ribbon Riders Hosts “Go Pink! 2012” – 5K Walk May 5, 2012

Ribbon Riders, a grass roots Orlando-based nonprofit organization that promotes breast cancer awareness and provides financial assistance to individuals in Central Florida who are fighting the disease, is hosting a weekend of fundraising events for “Go Pink! 2012” on May 5 and 6.

On May 5, Ribbon Riders will hold a 5K walk at Fort Mellon Park in Sanford. The first 100 people to pre-register will receive an event T-shirt and a goody bag. The opening ceremony begins at 8 a.m. and will honor cancer survivors. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m..
