Sustainable Works Cuts the Ribbon
For the South Perry Neighborhood
Energy Retrofit Program
Are you interested in Ecology and better Spokane neighborhoods? You are invited to join SustainableWorks as it kicks off its energy retrofit program starting in the South Perry neighborhood. SustainableWorks is a non-profit organization involved in a program to upgrade 1200 homes and small businesses in Spokane County with energy saving upgrades in the next two years. You may be able to participate in this endeavor to clean the environment, upgrade neighborhoods and create local jobs.
Why should you be there?
1) Free stuff (at 4:30 pm). There will be demonstrations of energy efficient equipment and some free samples will be provided.
2) To hear the results of the $9 million grant proposal for upgraded neighborhoods.
3) To launch the large-scale project to retrofit1200 homes in Spokane county in the next two years.
4) To hear from real homeowners in the South Perry Neighborhood how easy it is to make your home more energy efficient and economical.
