Rhythm and Movement Classes for the Young Child February 17, 2010

"The Magic of Drum and Dance for the Young Child and the Adults Who Love Them!" 6 weekly classes: February 17 thru March 24, 10-11am, with Barbara Gail of The Rhythm Inlet. Welcome ages 1 thru 5. Older and infant siblings, and elementary home-schoolers, too. Play drums, rattles, bells, move your body, dance a beat! "Welcome Cheer" begins our circle, “coloring” at the end integrates the experience. Child-centered class. Creative, expressive rhythm and dance activities emphasize listening, sharing, respect, leading, following, cooperative social skills, and develop body awareness, spatial orientation, self-esteem. Enjoy quality time with your child. Children blossom in our circle! Instruments provided. Newcomers! $10 deposit / child holds your place, and allows you to try the first day.
