Now is the time for marriage equality in Rhode Island!

With Speaker Fox’s commitment to bring marriage equality to the house for a vote this session and the inauguration of Governor Lincoln Chafee, marriage equality is going to be a key and hotly debated issue this year.

Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders has been working on behalf of LGBT people and people living with HIV/AIDS in Rhode Island from our earliest days as an organization. As a key partner in the Rhode Island Marriage Coalition, our current efforts center on making marriage equality a reality in the Ocean State. Your financial support provides the necessary resources to keep GLAD strong and well positioned to defend and expand critical LGBT rights in the Ocean State and New England.
