Join us for a four hour tour exploring the treasures and history of downtown Los Angeles. Downtown is the seed that birthed the city, home to ancient buildings, burgeoning cultural scenes, wholesale and retail realms, development and re-population, whose exponential growth conspire to tear it apart at the seams. From Little Tokyo to the Historic Core, South Park to Bunker Hill to Central City East (Skid Row), on this tour we’ll connect all the dots, and show that, to survive and to thrive, downtown must learn to be strong in the broken places and honor its legacies while growing ever upward, outward and inward.
