Author of RICHMOND'S UNHEALED HISTORY, will lead a book talk and discussion that examines the contradictions and crises that have formed Richmond over more than four centuries. This two part public discussion is a direct response to what is the "next step" from the Uncovering the 2010 Census program. Part 2 will take place on Oct. 4th.
