Retail Refuge Weekend: Survive the 405 Shut-Down at Westfield Fashion Square July 16, 2011

Avoid Carmageddon! Westfield Fashion Square is planning a weekend of giveaways, special offers, and entertainment during the weekend of the 405 closure, July 16 and 17, giving local residents a fun alternative to the traffic headache.

The weekend’s events and offers include:
- Free valet parking all weekend
- Shoppers can enter to win the “I Survived the 405” Prize – a $500 gas card, free valet for the rest of the year and a car wash once a month for the rest of the year.
- Giveaways from Schwinn and The Disney Store
- For every $200 spent among 2 or more retailers in the same day, shoppers receive a gift certificate for a free car wash from Go-Green Auto Spa
- Free kids arts & crafts from noon-2pm each day

Westfield Century City, Culver City, and Fashion Square will all have Carmageddon events and offers.
