Retail Refuge Weekend: Survive the 405 Shut-Down at Westfield Century City July 16, 2011

Avoid Carmageddon! Westfield Century City is planning a weekend of giveaways, special offers, and entertainment during the 405 closure, July 16 and 17, giving local residents a fun alternative to the traffic headache.

Shoppers can enter to win the “I Survived the 405” Prize – a $500 gas card, free valet for the rest of the year and a car wash once a month for the rest of the year.

Additional events, offers, and programs include:

 Gift card giveaways - shoppers will be randomly gifted with cards worth up to $500 at participating retailers including Gap, Karen Millen, Intimacy, Kate Spade, Carlton Hair, Giggles N Hugs Children’s Restaurant, Theory and Pinkberry.
 Live music from 12-4pm on the Dining Terrace
 Free screening of “LA Story” on Saturday the 16th, at 8:30pm

Westfield Century City, Culver City, and Fashion Square will all have Carmageddon events and offers.
