3 will host a Sausage & Beer Dinner with five courses of savory dishes by Chef Brian Robinson and handmade sausages by Jamie Stachowski on Thursday, February 23rd at 7 p.m. Local meat guru Jamie Stachowski will be on hand to host the dinner and share information about the sausage making process. 3 will serve up fiery and flavorful sausage-based plates such as the Andouille "boudin ball" with rice, sausage and a spicy Gumbo sauce and Bier garten Bratwurst, with house made sauerkraut, German style potato salad and pumpernickel. Each course will be paired with beers from New Holland Brewing Company, Port City Brewery and Bell's Brewery, and there will be a brewmaster on hand to answer all beer-related questions.
