Reno Tahoe Comedy presents “Improv-o-potamus” during the month of July as part of the 17th annual Artown festival, July 2012. The month-long summer arts festival features more than 400 events produced by more than 100 cultural organizations and businesses in locations citywide, with major funding provided by the City of Reno.
The Utility Players, voted Reno’s Best Comedy Troupe (RN&R) and named Reno’s Best Bet for Comedy (Reno Metromix) are the definition of entertainment. Their Artown show,”Improv-o-potamus”, is 90 minutes of hard-hitting improv comedy in the style of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” Emcee and creator, Jessica Levity, is vigilant about keeping the energy high and her audience engaged. Audience members are guaranteed to laugh ’til it hurts. This year will mark the Utility Players’ 4th year with Artown. The show is recommended for mature audiences, 18+.
